Eneko Atxa, Spain's Youngest Three Michelin-Starred Chef, Announces Pop-Up Restaurant At The Mandarin Oriental, New York

Eneko Atxa, Spain's youngest three Michelin-starred chef, has announced an exclusive, three-night pop-up of Eneko Atxa at Restaurant Asiate at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City between February 18 and 20, the hotel announced in a press release.

Atxa is recognized as the youngest chef in Spain to receive three Michelin stars, which he earned for his work at Azurmendi Restaurant in Bilbao, Spain. At Asiate, chef Atxa will showcase traditional Basque cuisine in an elaborate seven-course dinner, with signature dishes including "bloody mar" with fresh sea urchin, oyster with algae and vegetable foam, pigeon with fried cauliflower, and strawberry and roses with strawberry ice cream and rose merengue.

Dinner reservations for Eneko Atxa at Restaurant Asiate are available from February 18 to 20. The seven-course menu is priced at $185 per person with wine pairings for an additional $110 per person.
