Joël Robuchon Brings Lobster And Caviar To Air France

French chef and Michelin world record-holder Joël Robuchon has teamed up with Air France during October and November for a special menu available exclusively to passengers of the La Première luxury suite.

Chef Robuchon will present a new starter and four dishes: lobster with corn penne pasta in a spicy coralline sauce, stuffed chicken breast served with slow-cooked green cabbage, lardons and foie gras, fried scallops in coralline sauce with a fregola pasta risotto and chives and ginger, and shredded duck confit with truffle and mashed potato gratin.

To celebrate the return of caviar to Air France, chef Robuchon has also created an all-new starter that pairs caviar with salmon tartare and shiso sprouts.

Robuchon's menu will be available on flights departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

The chef has partnered with Air France on several previous occasions, including a six-month-long ambassadorship in 2011, during which Robuchon offered a new dish to business class fliers every 10 days.
