Tiger Woods’ New Restaurant Set to Open in Mid-August

Let’s hope this restaurant is up to par.

Tiger Woods has not been on his greatest golf game in recent years, but perhaps he will be more successful as a restaurateur.

The golfing legend will open up a restaurant in his hometown of Jupiter, Florida, later this month. Named Woods Jupiter, the restaurant will be a sports and dining club, and has already passed one health inspection, according to the Inquisitr.

“I envision a place where people can meet friends, watch sports on TV, and enjoy a great meal,” Woods said in a statement. “I wanted to build it locally where I live and where it could help support the community.”

The specifics of the American-inspired menu for the 8,000-square-foot restaurant are being kept under wraps for now, but the restaurant did just acquire a liquor license this month.
