Here's The Glamorous Menu At Wolfgang Puck's Star-Studded Oscar Party

Wolfgang Puck, the official purveyor of culinary delights for the stars with post-awards show hunger pangs is back this year and better than ever.

The 22nd annual Oscars Governors Ball is the official after-party for the Academy Awards. This year, celebs like Matt Damon and Jennifer Lawrence can sample Oscar statue-shaped smoked salmon with caviar on brioche, a raw bar with 2,600 pounds of fresh seafood, and a chocolate fountain emitting five pounds of homemade hot fudge.

Of course, true to the party's theme of mixing old with new Hollywood, Puck will also offer staples like chicken pot pie, macaroni and cheese, short ribs with truffle polenta, and lobster that his A-list guests ask for year after year.

"We have some new things, too, like the Alaskan king crab this year with ginger and black beans, so there's new and old stuff," Puck told People Magazine. "We also have a whole array of vegetables, little ahi pokes, yellowtail sashimi, so something for everybody."

Puck and his team were even inspired by some of the Oscar-nominated movies like The Martian: His team of 350 chefs created their own vegetable garden much like Matt Damon's character in the movie.
