Gwyneth Paltrow Published A Guide To Eating Fast Food On GOOP

Gwyneth Paltrow — the queen of pricey detox smoothies and bizarre nutritional habits — has just released a fast food guide on GOOP. This may sound counterintuitive to GOOP's mission as an organic lifestyle magazine, but trust us: It's not. Gwyneth's guide to fast food pit stops on summer road trips can help you avoid indulging in Big Macs and fried chicken sandwiches.

Here are some of the dishes that the GOOP guide highlights:

Starbucks: "Their egg white and roasted red pepper Sous Vide Egg Bites and the Hearty Veggie & Brown Rice Salad Bowl."

Panda Express: "Plain brown rice (not on display, but they always have it), plus steamed veggies, and grilled mandarin chicken."

McDonald's: "A lettuce-wrapped grilled chicken burger, topped with the pico guacamole dressing, no cheese."

We're concerned that if you went to Panda Express and McDonald's and asked for that many modifications, they'd spit in your food.

There were a few chains that Gwyneth's team gave up on and "just ordered the fries" — like DQ, where the "best bet" for a healthy choice is the "50-calorie fudge bar."
