Chrissy Teigen Learned How To Make Outback Steakhouse's Bloomin' Onion
Model and hilarious social media mom Chrissy Teigen recently wondered (as we all have): How the heck do you make a Bloomin' Onion?
The famously caloric appetizer at Outback Steakhouse is a deep-fried diet-ruiner, and now Teigen and her singer/songwriter husband John Legend know how to make it, thanks to an ambush team from Outback who arrived at her house to teach them. (Add this to the list of "Strange Things You Can Do When You're Famous.")
It all started with some Twitter banter:
@chrissyteigen We'd love to teach you our special Bloomin' Onion tricks. Send us a DM and we'll hook you up.

But then as it turned out, Outback Steakhouse really meant business. They flew a team to the celeb couple's home and got down to business to make some ultra-deep-fried onions.
at least SOMEONE in this household now knows how to make it. i love you, @Outback pic.twitter.com/Ormk6TdQeg

Unfortunately, it looks like the class was a bit too much for Chrissy Teigen, who promptly fell asleep. Too many cooking oil fumes, perhaps?

Before passing out, Teigen revealed on Snapchat the secret to creating the "blooming" effect: You pinch the knife between your hands before cutting the onion for the perfect "bloom."
