Billionaire Warren Buffett Says His Diet Is Like A Six-Year Old's, And His Body Is 'One Quarter Coca-Cola'

Warren Buffett, the billionaire investor and philanthropist, recently told Fortune magazine a little about the diet portion of his formula for success.

You'll be happy to know that Buffett is definitely not a health nut.

In fact, the 84-year-old business magnate says that he chose quite deliberately, based on data from actuarial tables, to "eat like a six-year-old."

That includes at least five 12-ounce servings of Coca-Cola a day ("If I eat 2,700 calories a day, a quarter of that is Coca-Cola"), which he loves to pair with Utz Potato Stix and chocolate ice cream. All of these, according to Buffett, are fair game for breakfast.

At work, Buffett drinks regular Coke to fuel his day at his Berkshire Hathaway headquarters. While in the comfort of his home, he turns to Cherry Coke as a treat.

"It's the safest course I can take," Buffett said of his diet.
