Beyoncé Drops More Than $1,000 On Meat To Feed Her Crew

A last-minute request from Queen Bey herself before the Manchester show on her Formation World Tour had local butcher W. H. Frost and team in a frenzy.

The order included 200 chicken thighs, 140 chicken supremes, 100 boneless and skinless chicken fillets, and 200 gammon steaks, The Sun reported, totaling more than 1,000 GBP or $1,300. Beyoncé also requested six whole fillet steaks for her VIP guests and a dozen ice cream trucks parked backstage.

"That is more beef than Bey has with 'Becky with the good hair,'" The Sun remarked.

"The butcher's shop was in a bit of a panic, as the order came in last minute," a source said. "But they were told it had come personally from Beyoncé and had to be met before she took to the stage on Tuesday."

The same butcher has previously worked with Rihanna, who placed an order for 20 kilograms of oxtail when she was in town for her Anti World Tour the week before.

The butcher tweeted, "Another lovely order this morning for Beyoncé... #butchertothestars."
