The fictional chicken restaurant was run by drug lord Gustavo “Gus” Fring in “Breaking Bad.”

Every year, the SXSW conference and festival in Austin, Texas, brings together communities in different industries for a lineup of film, music, comedy, and interactive entertainment. This year, in addition to the Twin Peaks pop-up, there will also be a Los Pollos Hermanos experience, allowing festivalgoers to enjoy a sample of AMC character Gustavo “Gus” Fring’s famous curly fries.

The pop-up restaurant coincides with the upcoming third season of AMC’s Better Call Saul, a spin-off of the hit series Breaking Bad, which premiers on Monday, April 10, according to a press release.

The pop-up will be open for fans of the fictional fast-food chicken chain March 10 through March 12 at 122 W. 5th St. On March 12, the location will be available for media to experience the space, take photos, and meet cast members Bob Odenkirk and Giancarlo Esposito, who play characters Jimmy McGill and Fring, respectively.
