“Each ruby sits proudly upon a delicious macaron atop a chocolate ganache sweet pastry tart laden with a hidden filling of salted caramel. The antlers are made with caramel that has been piped by Georgia into sculpted form,” according to the official press release.

The tarts are created by baker to the stars Georgia Green who trained at the world famous culinary school Le Cordon Bleu and once created a bespoke cake for Cara Delevingne.
