In celebration of the 10th anniversary of his first steakhouse, CUT Beverly Hills, chef and restauranteur Wolfgang Puck released an exclusive Facebook 360 video, giving fans the unique opportunity to look behind the scenes at CUT’s kitchen via virtual reality.
In the video, Puck says, “You buy the best ingredients and then try not to screw them up. It’s very simple.” He also reveals his favorite dessert at CUT, which he could eat every night.
The celebration continues today, June 3, where Puck, executive chef and partner Lee Hefter, and head chef Ari Rosenson are bringing a group of guest chefs into the CUT kitchen for a one-night-only five-course dinner. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit Chefs to End Hunger and Greater West Hollywood Food Coalition, according to a release.
