Top Chef alum and New York-based restaurateur Dale Talde (Talde, Thistle Hill Tavern, Pork Slope, Carrino Provisions) will open another outpost of his namesake restaurant at Thompson Miami Beach with his business partners David Massoni and John Bush this summer, the restaurant group has announced.
Earlier this week, Talde opened its second location in New Jersey.
The menu will feature chef Talde’s signature items, like pretzel pork and chive dumplings with tahini mustard, and Korean fried chicken with spicy kimchi yogurt sauce, as well as new dishes that will incorporate the local flavors and ingredients of Miami.
Other restaurants at Thompson Miami Beach, which debuted in November 2014, include Seagrape, a Floridian brasserie from James Beard Award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein, 1930’s House, which also features Bernstein’s cuisine, and the hotel’s signature bar and lounge serving handcrafted cocktails, Crown Room.
Thompson Miami Beach is located at 4041 Collins Avenue.
