This Taco Bell Sells Bikinis, T-Shirts, And Alcoholic Slushies

Taco Bell is going big and flashy for its latest store opening in — where else? — Las Vegas. The Mexican fast-food restaurant will be opening a 24-hour Taco Bell Cantina that will sell alcoholic slushies (first released in the original Taco Bell Cantina stores), and will include a retail store selling branded merchandise like bikinis, T-shirts, bags, hats, and sweatshirts.

The Taco Bell Cantina concept will also have live entertainment and an exhibition kitchen where new menu concepts will be tested, according to the Orange County Register.

"These latest developments represent the brand's evolution and growth plan to become a $15 billion brand by 2022 while adding 2,000 new restaurants globally and 100,000 new jobs in the U.S.," the company said in a statement released Monday.

The announcement comes six months after Taco Bell unveiled four new store design concepts for its California market that would give Taco Bell a much-needed stylistic makeover to fit urban chic or Southern California vibes.
