It looks like Hershey’s classic milk chocolate bars have some competition — according to recent sightings by The Impulsive Buy, Hershey’s has released a collection of new flavors paying homage to different states across America.
The “Flavors of America” line was spotted at Shoppers supermarket with flavors including Flavor of Georgia Honey Roasted Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Flavor of California Strawberry Kit Kat, and Flavor of New York Cherry Cheesecake Bar. One of the new flavors in the line, which pays homage to Texas, features a peanut caramel Texas barbecue flavor in a Payday Bar.
In addition to recent leadership changes in the company with the addition of Michele Buck as chief executive officer, the company also announced that it will focus on its top brands, including Hershey’s, Reese’s, Kit Kat, Kisses, and Ice Breakers. Although there hasn’t been an official release of the new flavors, it could be the company’s most recent move in reinventing classic candies.
