A new flavor will be introduced every hour, on the hour, starting at 8 a.m. on Friday, March 20.

On Friday, March 20, Macaron Parlour — the same people who brought you Meow Parlour — will pull an all-nighter in honor of Macaron Day.

From 8 a.m. Friday until 8 a.m. Saturday, co-founder Simon Tung will unveil a brand new macaron flavor every hour, on the hour at Macaron Parlour’s East Village location in New York City, at 111 St Mark’s Place.

Although the flavors are being kept under wraps for now, we know that collaborative maracon flavors have been developed with Davey's Ice Cream, Liddabit Sweets, La Newyorkina, and Jeff Bell of PDT, to name a few.

The 24-hour macaron fest will also feature a few special macaron shapes, not unlike those served at Meow Parlour, New York City’s first-ever permanent cat café.

Ten percent of sales from Macaron Day will benefit City Harvest.

If you can’t spare a full 24 hours for Macaron Day, follow Macaron Parlour on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram to keep track of the flavors available.
