Holy Cannoli: New Eataly Pastry Bar Kicks Off With Creative Chef Series

The new bar will be on Eataly’s ground floor

Eataly’s mini cannoli will include, from left, orange filling, pistachio and chocolate chip.

Eataly will open a new cannoli bar in July and collaborate with some of Chicago’s top pastry chefs for a series featuring traditional and creative versions of the filled pastry.

Publican restaurants' Dana Cree and Floriole’s Sandra Holl will kick off it off in July. HotChocolate’s Mindy Segal and Alliance Bakery’s Peter Rios will take the cannoli baton in August. In September, another pastry chef cannoli duo to be determined will take over.
