Here's What Your Favorite Celebrities Will Be Eating At The 58th Annual Grammy Awards

After serving as the official caterer of the Emmy Awards for the past 20 years, Patina Catering has been named the official caterer of the 58th annual Grammy celebration, airing on February 15. Its menu will be enjoyed by nearly 5,000 guests during the awards show reception, according to a release.

Joachim Splichal, Patina Restaurant Group chef and founder, says, "I aim to create a menu that is sophisticated, hits every note and celebrates the achievements of the artists." The menu itself is divided into five iconic California dining destinations, thus giving guests the opportunity to "indulge in the best of what 'The Golden State' has to offer." A Baja, California-inspired taco truck will be serving Pollo Asada and Crispy Pacific Rock Cod Street Tacos, Pepita Caesar Salad, Smoked Bacon Refried Beans, and Lime Scented Spanish Long Grain Rice.

The 'Napa Wine Country' station will feature Mustard-Roasted Free-Range Chicken, Red Wine-Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese, Weiser Farm Marble Potatoes, and Red and Gold Beet Salad. 'Santa Monica Farmers' Market' will serve vegetable dishes, including Caramelized Rainbow Cauliflower 'Steaks,' Roasted Kabocha Squash, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Winter Citrus Salad, and Cavatelli Pasta. A Beverly Hills-inspired 'No Gluten Here,' station's offerings will include Grilled Flat Iron Steak, Agave Lime Salmon, Yukon Potato Gratin, Little Gem Wedge Salad, and Blue Lake Bean Salad.

Lastly, 'Hollywood Grammy Land' will feature an assortment of sweets, including Blue Chocolate Popcorn, Pop Rocks Shooters, Liquid Chocolate S'mores, Crème Puffs, Sugared Bombolini, and Cotton Candy Trees that guests can grab bites from.
