Here's What To Eat If You Want To Live Forever, According To An 'Immortal' Google Employee

Remember that one eccentric futurist and Google employee who claimed that he was going to live forever, and that even though he was technically 67-years-old at the time (he is now 68), claims his biological age is at least 20 years younger? Well, now Ray Kurzweil has released his complex daily breakfast regimen, along with 100 different diet pills he takes every day (down from 250 a few years ago), to maintain his goal of immortality by 2029.

Here's the breakdown of his morning breakfast routine, as told to by the Financial Times:

Berries (85 calories per cup)

Dark chocolate infused with espresso (170 calories per ounce)

Vanilla soy milk (100 calories per cup)

Smoked salmon and mackerel (100 calories per three-ounce serving)

Stevia (zero calories)

Porridge (150-350 calories per half-cup)

Green tea (zero calories)

With his entire diet, Kurzweil emphasizes filling up on lean, healthy carbs with fewer calories, as well as foods that are high in protein and fiber.
