Häagen-Dazs Teams Up With Six Artisans Around The Country For Latest Ice Cream Collection

In partnership with culinary artisans from around the country, Häagen-Dazs has announced an ice cream collection that allowed six talented craftsmen and craftswomen to create their own Häagen-Dazs flavors.

Specialists, whose talents ranged from cookies to jam to flapjacks to chocolate, each worked with Häagen-Dazs to design a flavor for the Artisan Collection.

The ice cream flavors include: Tres Leches Brigadeiro from Paula Barbosa of My Sweet Brigadeiro in New York City, Banana Rum Jam from Sabrina Valle and Jessica Quon of The Jam Stand in Brooklyn, Chocolate Caramelized Oat from Claire Keane of Clairesquares in San Francisco, Spiced Pecan Turtle from Christopher Elbow of Christopher Elbow Artisanal Chocolate in Kansas City, Ginger Molasses Cookie from Anna Gordon of The Good Batch in Brooklyn, and Applewood Smoked Caramel Almond from Cruz Caudillo of Praline Patisserie in San Diego.

The collection will be available at nationwide retailers beginning in April.
