Gordon Ramsay's Surprise Announcement On 'The Late Late Show'

Gordon Ramsay, British chef, restauranteur, and television personality, shared some surprise news on CBS's The Late Late Show last Thursday. Ramsay revealed that he and his wife of almost 20 years, Tana, are expecting their fifth child.

On the show, Corden said to Ramsay, "You have four teenagers in the house. That's a lot of hormones. Are you and Tana surviving that?" In response, Ramsay says, "Three girls and a boy... And one more on the way!" He reveals that the baby is due in September.

Ramsay and his wife have three daughters aged 17, 16, and 14, and one son 16 years of age. On the prospect of potentially having another daughter on the way, he says, "I'm nervous. I'm just worried. Obviously I'd be happy with another girl, but four girls, four weddings, four Sweet 16s, four boyfriends..."

The Daily Mail calls out the fact that British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver and his wife are also expecting their fifth child in August, and similarly have three daughters and one son.
