Ramsay has also announced a joint venture with All3Media, which will provide funding and have a share in distribution rights.

Gordon Ramsay has launched Studio Ramsay, an independent production company owned solely by him.

With Studio Ramsay, Ramsay plans to create “new unscripted formats and develop new talent,” reports Deadline, as well as scripted shows with “food-related themes.” Ramsay has also entered a joint venture with All3Media in order to help develop and produce these television programs. All3Media will provide funding and have a share in distribution rights but will have no stake in Studio Ramsay.

On Studio Ramsay, Ramsay says, “I’m really excited about this new venture, giving our team the opportunity to expand creatively on a global scale.”

“We really look forward to continuing our relationship with Gordon, working alongside him as he establishes and grows his new production company, Studio Ramsay,” said Jane Turton, CEO of All3Media. “He is a world class talent with a phenomenal record of hit TV series.”
