Dunkin' Donuts Puts Chips Ahoy- And Oreo-Flavored Coffee Drinks On The Menu

To celebrate summer, Dunkin' Donuts is drawing inspiration from baked goods. Dunkin' has just announced the release of Chips Ahoy- and Oreo-flavored Coolattas, iced coffees, and doughnuts. Described as a "new summer twist," these cookie menu additions can found on Dunkin' menus nationwide starting today.

Besides the iced coffee made with Oreo- and Chips Ahoy-flavored syrup, and the Coolattas with cookie pieces mixed in, doughnut fans also have a choice of either the Chips Ahoy crème doughnut (filled with cookie dough-flavored buttercream, frosted with chocolate icing, and dipped in crumbled Chips Ahoy cookies), or the Chips Ahoy crunch doughnut (same thing, minus the filling).

"We believe that the fun and delight people associate with both Dunkin' Donuts treats and the beloved flavors of Oreo and Chips Ahoy make for a combination that is absolutely perfect for summer," said Jeff Miller, Dunkin' Brands' executive chef and vice president of product innovation. "We are proud of the opportunity to bring to our guests the flavors of these classic cookies in such cool and exciting new ways."
