Dominique Ansel Made An Oreo Cookie Spread And It's Free

Dominique Ansel has teamed up with Nabisco to create a gourmet Oreo cookie spread, and the best part about it (aside from it most likely being delicious) is that it's free.

The spread is made from two layers of dark chocolate ganache infused with cookie crumbles, with a milk ganache layer in the middle, Food & Wine reported.

"I knew that I wanted to play with the textures but to keep the flavor, so I came up with a layered spread which still resembles the Oreo cookie but has creamy, smooth chocolate ganache layers with a silky, milky ganache in the center," Ansel told Food & Wine.

The famous chef's latest innovation arrives in conjunction with Oreo's #MyOreoCreation contest, which allows fans the chance to propose their own flavors and have a chance to win $500,000.

The Oreo cookie spread will be available in limited amounts at Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York on Saturday, June 10, starting at 8 a.m. and Sunday, June 11, starting at 9 a.m.
