Dig Inn Announces Summer Menu Partnership With Luke's Lobster, Lobstapalooza

On Monday, August 10, New York City-based "farm-to-counter" lunch chain Dig Inn will team up with Luke's Lobster for a summer-long menu collaboration.

Until Labor Day, Dig Inn's menu will feature three special items: the lobster watermelon salad (lobster, arugula salad, watermelon, and cucumber), the lobster LLT (lobster, romaine lettuce, and tomato with smoked paprika aïoli), and the lobster bake (lobster, red bliss tomatoes, and corn on the cob).

To celebrate, Dig Inn and Luke's Lobster are hosting "Lobstapalooza" at 6 p.m. on Thursday, August 20 at Dig Inn Madison Square on 23rd Street.

For $35, guests will be treated a dinner featuring the lobster menu, plus summer fruit cobbler for dessert and Dig Inn's watermelon spritzer cocktail (cold-pressed local watermelon juice and Gotham Project white wine).

Dinner will conclude at the Farragut Lawn at Madison Square Park, and will involve a bubble machine.
