CVS Launches Its Snack And Vote Campaign

CVS Pharmacy launched its new Snack and Vote campaign, going on through Feb. 13, which allows customers to have a say in the latest addition to the company's exclusive Gold Emblem cashew line. The campaign is part of CVS's effort to expand healthier food options for customers.

The three limited-edition options include Thai-style spice, coconut, and dill pickle, all of which are currently available at CVS's 7,900 stores. Each bold, new flavor caters to those who might crave something a little salty, spicy, or sweet: The Thai-style spice cashews are seasoned with exotic flavors, the coconut cashews are coated with coconut flakes, and the dill pickle cashews are seasoned with tangy, zesty dill.

Customers can vote on the CVS website with no purchase necessary and share on social media with the hashtag #CVSSnackandVote. After voting for your favorite flavor, customers will receive a coupon for $1 off their next $5 or more purchase of any Gold Emblem item via Coupons.com, which are redeemable up to a month after voting ends.

"This initiative is the latest in a series of changes CVS Pharmacy has made to provide hundreds of new snack and grocery options to consumers nationally, to improve access to tasty better-for-you options that are good sources of protein, and meet other dietary and lifestyle criteria," a press release stated.
