Couple Dines At Arby's, Then Goes Back To Rob It

This date night took an interesting turn. A Utah County, Utah, couple was arrested for robbing an Arby's on Saturday after eating a meal at the fast food restaurant.

KUTV reports that Shawn Nelson and Jessica Perry told Arby's workers that Nelson had left his wallet inside the restaurant. The couple returned to the restaurant later to order food from the drive-thru, and returned once again after the restaurant had closed.

Nelson claimed that money was missing from his wallet and was permitted entry into the restaurant after hours. Upon entering, Nelson pointed a fake gun at the manager, walked him back to the safe, and took an undisclosed amount of money. Nelson was pulled over by the police shortly after the incident and was arrested.

The police found the fake gun and drugs in the car, and recovered the stolen money. Nelson was booked on "suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and aggravated robbery."
