The Coffee And Doughnuts Concrete Is Heading To Shake Shack For August Only

Get excited: Shake Shack is coming out with a coffee and doughnuts concrete for the summer.

These concretes, which will be available in the month of August, will feature special doughnuts inspired by each Shake Shack's home town. For example, Atlanta Shake Shacks will use doughnuts from Sublime Doughnuts and Philadelphia will source theirs from Federal Donuts.

The concrete is made using vanilla frozen custard blended with a coffee marshmallow sauce, which is then mixed with glazed cake doughnuts from the local bakery of choice.

Other doughnut shops involved in this project include Austin's Round Rock Donuts, Boston's Union Square Donuts, Connecticut's Scratch, South Florida's Dandee Donuts, Central Florida's Donut King, Las Vegas's O Face Doughnuts, New York City's Doughnut Plant, New Jersey's Glaze Artisan Donuts, and Washington, D.C.'s Astro Doughnuts.

The coffee and doughnut concrete isn't the only summer-only menu item that recently debuted on Shake Shack's menu. The ChickenShack sandwich, which is exclusive to Brooklyn locations, tragically sold out after just two days. That sandwich is now back for a limited time (for now). Other Brooklyn-exclusive offerings include peach lemonade and a Brooklyn Pie Oh My concrete with strawberry balsamic pie.
