Can You Guess Which Fast Food Chain Has The Best Customer Experience?

When was the last time you experienced particularly outstanding customer service at a fast food chain? Temkin Ratings thinks they know the answer. The Temkin Group rates 293 of the nation's most recognizable companies annually, based on customer experience ratings from 10,000 survey participants. Chick-fil-A received the highest fast food customer experience rating for the fourth year in a row, with a total score of 82 percent. They came in fourth place overall.

"The fact that Chick-fil-A can stand out, year after year, for its customer experience amid such tough competition is really impressive," states Bruce Temkin, managing partner of Temkin Group, in a statement.

Chick-fil-A was followed by Papa John's, Dairy Queen, Panera Bread, Subway, and Sonic Drive-In, which all received "excellent" ratings. Each scored higher than fast-casual favorites Chipotle, and Starbucks.

Surprisingly, most of the fast food chains faired pretty well in the ratings, with only Jack-in-the-Box receiving below a "good" rating.
