Haven Rooftop, a 2,500-square-foot restaurant located atop the Sanctuary Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, combines New Yorkers’ (and out-of-town visitors’) love for brunch and rooftops.
It has reopened for the summer and is back with a new Sunday brunch menu for guests to enjoy along with the beautiful views of the city.
The menu was created by chef Madison Belem, formerly of Le Bilboquet.
On the menu are various omelettes: the Farmers Market Omelette (feta, mushrooms, and spinach), Havenly Omelette (tomato, cheddar, and broccoli), and Times Square Omelette (bacon, onion, and mozzarella). There is an eggs benedict and a crab benedict on offer, as well as French toast, and an assortment of menu items from Haven Rooftop’s regular menu.
There is a prix fixe choice ($29) with the option of adding bottomless drinks ($20), which include mimosas, Bloody Marys, and sangria. Diners choose a starter, an entrée, and a dessert.
