April Bloomfield, the British chef behind New York City hotspots like The Breslin and The Spotted Pig, is getting into the burger business.

She and longtime business partner, restaurateur Ken Friedman, are opening Salvation Burger, a beefy sequel to Salvation Taco, located in the same Pod 51 Hotel.

Salvation Burger, after a few minor setbacks, is scheduled to open next week, according to Grub Street. Salvation’s burgers will be made with grass-fed beef that has been dry-aged for five weeks prior to being woodfire-grilled and served. Other notable menu items include boozy shakes, fish sandwiches, gourmet jalapeño poppers, smoked hot dogs with homemade mustard, and something called a peanut butter s’more pie.

The world got a taste of chef Bloomfield’s impressive burger skills with her Spotted Pig chargrilled burger, which is widely regarded as one of the best in New York City, and came in at number three on The Daily Meal’s 101 Best Burgers in America list. Now we’ll get the chance to experience an entire eatery dedicated to Bloomfield’s famous burgers.
