Salvation Burger, after a few minor setbacks, is scheduled to open next week, according to Grub Street. Salvation's burgers will be made with grass-fed beef that has been dry-aged for five weeks prior to being woodfire-grilled and served. Other notable menu items include boozy shakes, fish sandwiches, gourmet jalapeño poppers, smoked hot dogs with homemade mustard, and something called a peanut butter s'more pie.
