“Oops, the entire carton of ice cream disappeared. Must have been the house elf.”

Accio Spoon! Butter Beer Ice Cream Now Exists

Yuengling has released a butter-beer-flavored ice cream that Harry Potter fans will want to stock up on

Sometimes chocolate frogs and Bertie Bott’s Every Flavor Beans just won’t do it for the modern witch or wizard with a sweet tooth. Luckily, we now have butter beer ice cream. We’ve seen M&M’s and Starbucks lattes that supposedly taste like the magical Harry Potter drink, but this is a first. Yuengling announced the arrival of their new Butter Beer flavor, made with buttercream and butterscotch ice cream with a butterscotch swirl.

“We are always looking for ways to inspire our fans and spark creativity. Whether it's our flavor names and descriptions or the recipes themselves — we’re in the business of having fun,” said David Yuengling, president of Yuengling’s Ice Cream, in a statement. “We hope we made J.K. Rowling proud with this flavor.”

Yuengling also announced the arrival of a strawberry flavor because, for some reason, they had never carried the common ice cream variety.

You can get Yuengling’s two new flavors in pint or quart size (though we wish they had gallons) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and some New York-area stores.
