This Outrageous Peeps Milkshake From Black Tap Will Make Your Easter Sweeter

New York's favorite and most Instagrammable milkshake joint is debuting a special springtime treat just for Easter Sunday — the Peeps Shake! This one-day-only Black Tap specialty is a hot pink wild cherry shake served in a glass that's rimmed with vanilla frosting and Easter-themed sprinkles, and topped with Peeps Delights (the newish fudge-dipped versions of the classic sugary marshmallow treats), Easter bunny lollipops, whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles and — of course — a cherry on top.

This is a real mouthful, and we're pretty bummed out that the Easter treat is not going to stick around for longer. But all Black Tap locations in New York City will be open until midnight on Easter, so even those who plan to spend the day chowing down on Easter ham and colored eggs could ostensibly leave some room for this colorful dessert.

"My wife's favorite treat is Peeps and I buy them for her every year," Joe Isidori, executive chef/owner of Black Tap told The Daily Meal. "Since her love of Cotton Candy was the inspiration for our first CrazyShake, The Cotton Candy Shake, it seemed only natural to team up with Peeps to make a Peeps Shake for Easter. And who doesn't love Peeps?"
