Luke From 'Gilmore Girls' Is Getting Into The Coffee Business

The TV series Gilmore Girls ended around 10 years ago, but has recently resurfaced in the form of Lego sets, pop-up cafes, and even a four-episode revival in 2016. Now, actor Scott Patterson, who played Luke Danes of the famous fictional eatery Luke's Diner, is starting his own coffee company.

In an interview with Wealth Management, Patterson revealed that one of his current projects includes developing a coffee brand called Scotty P's Big Mug Coffee.

"We're almost ready to launch, but we want to have our ducks in a row before we come out with it," Patterson said.

According to Patterson, his obsession with quality coffee led him to his future business.

"It's the thing I look forward to every morning and throughout the day and throughout the evening and now throughout the middle of the night," he said.

His coffee brand might not be at Luke's Diner, but we're keeping our fingers crossed. Here are a few other favorite TV hang out spots that we wish would come to life.
