Do You Want Homemade Cookies Delivered To Your Doorstep?

Wouldn't it be nice after a long, hard day at work to come home to a batch of freshly-made cookies delivered to your doorstep? Susan Palmer, the blogger and home-cook behind the blog, "The Girl in the Little Red Kitchen," is trying to make your cookie dreams a reality. She has launched a Kickstarter for a bake shop that would deliver handmade batches of her signature cookies to your home, and so far has reached approximately half of her $7,700 goal with a little less than a month to go.

Palmer has emphasized that her creations are no ordinary cookies. Her signature chocolate chip cookie is sprinkled with vanilla sea salt to give that sweet and salt balance, and the same goes for her Triple Choc-o-lot Cookie which she calls a "brownie in cookie form." She has also made a pretty unique creation called the PB&J cookie, made with strawberry jam sandwiched between two peanut butter cookies.

When Palmer gets her business off the ground she will be creating even more cookie recipes for some seriously sweet deliveries.
