Make Shack Burgers At Home: Shack Is Finally Coming Out With A Cookbook

Stop the presses: Shake Shack is coming soon to a kitchen near you. After more than a decade of turning the burger industry upside down, the national fast-casual chain is finally coming out with a cookbook.

The cookbook, according to Eater, will be released this fall in collaboration with Shake Shack CEO Randy Garutti and culinary director Mark Rosati.

You can probably expect plenty of burger recipes, a guide to making Shake Shack's fried chicken sandwich, along with recipes for those thick and addictive concrete shakes. The book, according to publisher Clarkson Potter, will have "recipes and stories to bring the Shake Shack experience home," along with an introduction by Danny Meyer, the father of Shake Shack.

The book is being produced by Dorothy Kalins, who was also behind the Gramercy Tavern cookbook.

This fall, you can also expect cookbooks from Christina Tosi, Lucky Peach's David Chang, and Casa Mono — the tapas restaurant from Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich.
