"Delicatessen with Love," the charming photography series from Gabriele Galimberti, has been made into a full-fledged cookbook, published by Clarkson Potter.

In Her Kitchen: Stories and Recipes from Grandmas Around the World will be available for purchase beginning November 11 (and is available now through pre-order), and will include recipes from sixty grandmothers from all over the world.

From Bison Under the Midnight Sun (a bison casserole) from a grandmother in Canada, to Wali na Mchuzi Mbogamboga (fish, rice, and vegetables in a green mango sauce) from Zanzibar, to Asado Criollo (a mixed meat barbecue) from Argentina, Galimberti beautifully captures the love and familial ties that are sacredly bound by a grandmother's cooking.

There's also Cholent (a traditional Jewish stew) from a native New Yorker, Mujadara (rice and lentils) from Lebanon, Hui Guo Rou (twice-cooked pork with vegetables) from China, and so much more.

It's a cookbook to make you nearly weepy with warm and fuzzy feelings for your grandma, and best of all, it's dedicated to the author's grandmother, Marisa.
