Tips

  • Try the Risotto with Veal Breast, Butternut Squash, English Peas and Sage.
  • Probably one of the best restaurants in the Triangle!!!
  • I had the mushroom soup, roasted chicken and creme brulee. It was good, but not any different than other similar meals.
  • It's good. Take your parents to this place if they are in town. I've never been floored by Nana's but the people i've gone with enjoyed it.
  • I always am annoyed when restaurants say everything on the menu is good but it really is true here!
  • Superb duck breast
  • Everything I've ordered off the menu has been fantastic. The bread and water are always full. My favorite tidbit here is between the staff, especially at the bar and the wine list
  • A Triangle-area leading light since 1992, Nanas offers both tasting and la carte menus equally heavy on luxury ingredients and visually modern plating.
  • outstanding food and service !!
  • From appetizers to desserts everything is exquisite. Highly recommended. The service is superior, nice atmosphere, and confortable. If you have not visited yet, take a chance, you will love it!
  • This restaurant never fool me... The best in Durham! Get the tasting menu... Its the best!
  • Domaine des Coteaux des Travers from Rasteau is available by the glass and is a delicious option for those looking for a rich red.
  • Very good food and lovely service! Try the rabbit, which balances savory and sweet.
  • Nothing on the menu looked bad... hard to choose!
  • Splendid restaurant... salmon, lamb...Best choice.
  • Top-notch risotto, beautifully roasted duck, and perfect homemade ice cream.
  • Great food, ask for Petr, "Peter". Hardest worker server in Durham. Risotto, Lamb Oso Bucu, Apple Crostada. They did box up one dish I did not finish, however, it never resurfaced.
  • Superb. Bread pudding on the way. They stopped making souffles a year ago.
  • Best risotto regardless of the flavor of the day. Great service, unusual and flavorful food concoctions and elegant but casual atmosphere. Named one of Durham's finest and rightly so.
  • Best restaurant in the area. Hands down. Sit in the bar area and let Graham and Brad do their thing. They are the best bartenders by far!
