  • Soy sauce/pork broth was excellent being moderately rich and flavorful. Had wavy noodles which are my favorite. Ajitami was molten with light flavor. Chashu was decent. Yuzu wings good but small.

  • The Shaki Shaki spicy wasnt that spicy - the broth is very light and clean. Im more of a fatty broth girl but I can see the appeal.
