  • If they have the blackened alligator bites on the menu, I highly suggest you try them.
  • Awesome food, great atmosphere. Had the blackened fish of day (Mahi mahi) was cooked perfectly and delicious.
  • Try the Zydeco Tornado - Good to the last drop.
  • You must have the sea food pasta. It is fantastic. Great service. Charming environment. Will go there again before I leave. The challenge will be to get something besides the aforementioned pasta
  • Loved the grilled shrimp w/ twice baked potato! Yummy! Kinda pricey but so good!

  • Skip the shrimp gumbo. It's incredibly fishy. If you like spicy, go for the Zydeco gumbo. If not, shrimp etouffe and the red beans and rice are safe bets and both are hearty and delish. MmmmmMmmmmmmm.

  • Get a bowl of gumbo and a salad if you're budget - conscious. Otherwise try one of the combination platters. Arrive early to beat the dinner crowd.
