Denver, CO (RestaurantNews.com) Modern Market announced today it has finalized the company’s name transition from Modmarket to Modern Market. The restaurant reported in November 2015 it changed its name due to a trademark dispute with another restaurant concept.
“It took us the better part of a year to make the full conversion, but now that it’s done we’re excited to move forward under the Modern Market moniker,” explains Modern Market Co-founder Anthony Pigliacampo. “No matter our name, our mission of serving amazing, healthy food to as many people as possible remains the same, and that is what drives us every day.”
All 20 Modern Market locations now proudly display new restaurant signage. Team member uniforms, the company website and marketing collateral have transitioned to the new name as well.

The restaurant’s seasonally-changing menu includes fresh salads, pizzas made with whole grain dough topped with hand-crushed, organic tomatoes, scratch made soups, toasted sandwiches, classic homestyle plates, and breakfast entrees made with cage-free or pasture raised eggs and all-natural, nitrate-free breakfast meats. Modern Market provides many gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options and even breaks down the nutritional content of meals on each receipt.
About Modern Market
Fast food can be good food. That idea led to the creation of Modern Market in Boulder, Colo. in 2009. It took two people with zero restaurant experience to figure out that you could serve healthy, scratch-made fare for reasonable prices in a beautiful environment. Breakfast, lunch and dinner rule the day at Modern Market with a broad menu of farm-to-table food that tastes even better than it looks. The company aims to bring healthy, sustainable dining to the masses. With locations in Colorado, Texas and DC Metro, they are just getting started. Look for Modern Market in your neighborhood soon.
