Tips

  • Must-have meal: shakshuka. Ask your server for extra mango compote-- you WON'T be sorry!
  • best brunch spot in Park Slope imho. Middle eastern brunch specialties are amazing.
  • Make sure to tip generously, or you will be conscripted into the Israeli military for six months of hard labor
  • Brunch served 10a-4p. Full bar, cozy atmosphere. Expect a wait during Sa/Su 11a-2p. Delicious authentic middle eastern cuisine. MUST HAVE: Israeli Breakfast.
  • The potato pancakes with labneh yogurt is delicious. I have a hard time ordering anything else--though it's all quite good.
  • Expect a 15-20 wait during brunch, but it's TOTALLY worth it.
  • Eat the burekas. Every weekend. For the rest of your life. Die happy.
  • The potato pancake makes an excellent brunch side for the table. They make a mean one.
  • The brunch was so good I'm going to name my first-born daughter Miriam.
  • regular brunch stuff is good... but the Israeli offerings are the way to go. trust me the crispy dough, shakshuka, potato pancakes and burekas!!
  • Came here for Sunday brunch. Long wait & mediocre food.
  • My new fave brunch item: herbed eggs. Comes with labne yogurt and Israeli salad too!
  • Ask for the spicy green sauce
  • Get the crispy dough. It's a really unique and delicious take on a starch with your eggs.
  • Went there late, got the Israeli Breakfast mmm
  • The Israeli breakfast is delicious. All components of the dish (eggs, pita, labneh, Israeli salad, hash browns) go together really well. The hash browns are especially great - don't order it w/o them.
  • Try the Shakshuka - (via @Foodspotting)
  • The Mediterranean crispy dough for brunch is to die for! Cute space. Love the color palette of the restaurant.
  • Best brunch-mill in town. Burekas, shaksuka or eggs. Get a potato pancake to split. Skip the sake bloody miriam.
  • Don't let the loud jersey women at the bar deter you. Great food.
