Mimi's Pumpkin Martini

Beverage director Rushton Smitherman, of Greenville, S.C.'s Coal Fired Bistro, came up with the drink based entirely on his mother's pumpkin pie. His goal was to turn her holiday dessert into a liquid form that would serve both as a similar taste profile and as a touch of nostalgia.

Deliver Ingredients


  • 1 Ounce spiced pumpkin liqueur
  • 3/4 Ounces Kahlua
  • 1/2 Ounce buttershots
  • 1/4 Ounce vodka
  • 1/4 Ounce Tuaca
  • 1/4 Ounce heavy cream


Add all of the ingredients to the shaker. Add ice and shake hard. Rim the glass with powdered cinnamon and brown sugar before serving.
