Tips

  • Free parking everywhere! Be sure to visit the little zoo, it's free too! Beware: no dogs allowed.
  • Miniature train rides available during the summer. In 2015 this was $1.25 per ride.
  • Menominee Park in Oshkosh includes Little Oshkosh, a massive wood play area. My kids love it!
  • Bring a blanket
  • Or ride the train.
  • Be sure to rude the train - any age.
  • Nice lil park and zoo
  • The park, beach and zoo
  • No grills!!! Bring your own grill
  • Beautiful park with paddle boat rentals.
  • The train ride takes you across a bridge over the water. My kids enjoyed the train ride.
  • Boaters can dock in the bay then use the park.
  • Good for 2 yr olds!!
  • Love laying on the beach here! It's never too busy, but even on the days it does get busy there is plenty of water front to follow and lay out in the grass!
  • Beware of hidden chickens.
  • Very nice trails
  • Hooch at park playing ball with the boys
  • Swim at your own risk. The zebra mussels are a nuisance, since if you step on them, they can cut your feet. :/
  • Amazing morning in Oshkosh! We take for granted being near the largest lake in Wisco....beautiful.
  • Try the finest E. Coli vino, courtesy of Wisconsin's own Lake Winnebago brewery!
