Foursquare Tips

  • The Seared Bison Filets are covered with St. Andre Cheese and melt in your mouth! Pair it with your favorite red wine. Delicious.
  • Have the bison filet. Or better yet, do the tasting menu for $85 and have all of their specialties at once.
  • Overly stuffy and really confusing menu. Not a fan.
  • Combine the bison filet with the venison for an extraordinary meal. And leave room for an awesome chocolate snowball.
  • Beggars purse. Beautiful presentation but eating it is a bit of a mess. The mushrooms that are inside would be better on their own. Goat cheese is delicious but overpowers everything
  • Trout on specials menu. Had to remind myself this was not sea bass. Was just perfectly cooked and seasoned. Tender and full of flavor.
  • Ahi tuna. Grab the red pepper with each bite to get the full flavor.
  • Quail. So delicious, perfectly cooked. They should make this one a regular sized dish (quail is too small for all that sauce, need at least 2 more pieces to balance).
  • Complimentary desert cookies.
  • Culinary adventure. Don't let the decor fool you. 6 plates for 3 girls was over the top. They recommend too many plates per person IMO. Deconstructed octopus surprisingly has no flavor even w sauces.
  • The sea scallops are cooked to perfection. Also, being friendly and chatting with your waiter pays off here! Ours let us in on all the good things to get.
  • A great vegetarian option to start out with is the Warm Caramelized Onion and Gruyere Tart! Served with watercress salad and muscat reduction.
  • Both the sablefish and the smoked steelhead salmon are great
  • Ok mountainside dining but nothing amazing. For better food its worth the quick trip into town.
