Tips

  • A Fascination with Black
  • Absolutely beautiful to sit on the pier and listen to the waves at night.
  • If you are a surfer, this is the place to be. Great for people watching and lazy walks. The sunset is a must see. Make sure you bring a sweater as it gets quite windy. Good restaurants near by.
  • Nice spot if your lady wants to hang on the beach while you're surfing. North or south side of the pier, depending on tide and swell. Cool spot also to snap some surfer's pictures from the pier.
  • Great spot to take a lunch break
  • Starbucks and a walk on the pier : )
  • A great place to shoot pictures, especially near sunset. With the ocean, the setting sun, and the ability to use the "open shade" under the pier, I always get a good shot.
  • Lovely, especially at sunset. Always inspires an "I live here?" moment.
  • An absolute must-do in Manhattan Beach. Amazing views of the beach. Always fun to watch the surfers.
  • Take a bike ride from venice to redondo and stop here for a mid way beach break
  • This was true romantic! Amazing view, quite environment (opposite to Santa Monica), romantic views, watching people surfing. Loved this place, really!
  • Loved the intimacy and the atmosphere, my soul is much more lighter than before
  • timo local para almoar
  • .. !!!
  • Great place for a run or walk. Then for a coffee on the pier.
  • Watch out for dolphins (apparently I just missed them putting in a show) and sharks too!
  • Nice beach. Not too crowded and clean.
  • Just a magical place....lucky the people who live right on the beach!!
  • Don't miss our magical sunsets!
  • Great place walk. Take a break and relax with the sea and waves
