Make Your Own Cronut With Ansel's Upcoming Cookbook

No more waiting on long lines to savor the cronut, everyone's favorite pastry combo. Dominique Ansel has announced in an interview with The Daily News that this fall, he will be releasing Dominique Ansel: The Secret Recipes which will include many of his recipes including his famed cronut.

Previously, Ansel has been very hush-hush about the recipes for his sweet concoctions and even makes his employees sign non-disclosure agreements before beginning work in his Willy Wonka-like bakery. Let's hope the cookbook also includes the recipes for his other favorites: frozen S'mores, and his brand-new hit treat, the milk and cookie shot.

Ansel's bakery re-opened yesterday to long lines of adoring fans after being shut down last Friday by the Health Department for a mouse infestation.
