Lost In The Woods: New Belgium’s Wood-Aged Sour Beer Release and Dinner at the Hop & Vine
Lost In The Woods: New Belgium’s wood-aged sour beer release and dinner at the Hop & Vine is this February 7th, 2015 from 7pm-10pm. Be the first to enjoy the 2015 vintages of New Belgium’s wood-aged sour beers, including La Folie, Transatlantique Kriek (this year’s incarnation is blended with Oud Beersel’s Oude Kriek), and NBB Love/Felix.
Each ticket will include a camp-out inspired casual dinner by the Hop & Vine’s Emory Brun, three tokens for special release wood-aged beers, and a souvenir tasting mug. Half of all ticket proceeds will benefit the World Forestry Center. Tickets may be purchased for $30 at Brown Paper Tickets.
An impressive beer list and a few camp-out inspired cocktails by lead bartender Drew Worden will also be available for purchase.
The back patio will be private, covered, and heated, but ticketed guests will still have access to the bar inside.
It is advised to purchase tickets early, as this event will cap-off at 75 people. The Hop & Vine is located at 1914 N. Killingsworth, Portland.

About the World Forestry Center: Founded in 1964 in Portland, Oregon, the World Forestry Center is a nonprofit educational institution. Their mission is to educate and inform people about the world’s forests and trees, and environmental sustainability. They do this with our three programs. The Discovery Museum: 20,000 square foot museum located in Portland’s beautiful Washington Park. The museum is family friendly and designed to engage visitors to learn about the sustainability of forests and trees of the Pacific Northwest and around the world. Tree Farms: The WFC owns and operates three working forests donated to us by landowners who wanted to ensure their properties would be protected from development and managed according to the principles of sustainable forestry. World Forest Institute: The World Forest Institute was established in 1989 as the information services division of the World Forestry Center.
