Listen To This 'Croque Monsieur' Rap

So it's been a while since we've heard a solid food rap, and while this one isn't about a croque monsieur per se, it does give the humble sandwich a couple of props.

Wordburglar released this music video (with plenty of sandwich porn) as he raps about how great he is at rapping (a common trend in the genre, we realize). There are some non-kid-friendly words in here, but the riff does clarify what exactly a croque monsieur is not.

Sample lyrics: "This ain't a ham-and-cheese / It's Croque Monsieur/ Promoting dope, coast-to-coast / Like a pot-sticker." There's also a reference to chopped liver, and plenty of sandwiches flying around, so it'll have to do until the next "Hot Cheetos and Takis" comes out. Come on Y.N. Rich Kids: We do love a good croque monsieur (or even better, a croque madame with an egg), but you know it's got nothin' on a PB&J.
