Foursquare Tips

  • Get to know Astride and you'll love her.
  • Sat, waited 20 minutes, left. Not even water service.
  • The daily soup and a tmp= joy!
  • This place is best avoided unless you actually enjoy rude and obnoxious service, bad and overpriced food, and all sorts of strange objects like strings in your food. Spend your money elsewhere.
  • Food is great. Service is pretty awful.
  • RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. DO NOT frequent this establishment! You will only encourage them to treat customers like dirt. They don't have the vaguest interest in or idea of how to treat people.
  • Best brunch in Hudson.
  • A cute place and great French bistro food. The management is also fantastic, I came with my crying newborn and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful.
  • Poor food, bad coffee. Best avoid this place
  • Cute French cafe with good sandwiches and crepes
  • Great breakfast! Recommend all the egg dishes and the merguez sausage. Escargot on the menu all day long. Cute antique decor too!
  • Really cool upmarket breakfast joint.
  • Cash only! Le salads nordique yummy!!!
  • Slow, inattentive waitress? Rude, borderline hostile hostess? Get 'em both here! There are better places to spend your money in Hudson. Don't waste your time at this overrated cafe. Two thumbs down!
  • Love this place. Very laid-back. The BEST French Onion soup ever!
  • Get any of their espressos. They come in these big fun cups!
  • Cute decor but pretty wanky. Terrible coffee.
  • The perfect chocolate croissant. Delicious croque madame. Cash only!
  • Love the people and I love this space! Great brunch too!
  • Le Gamin Country is run by the woman who used to host Pitchoune, the beloved Gramercy bistro. It is fantastic - great crepes and sandwiches. Good for lunch and breakfast. Not open for dinner.
