• Very VERY mediocre dimsum. For btr tasting n more flavorful dimsum, try Intercontinental Hotel. Sorry Harris, the hot n sour sup here lacks the rite balance. Go to Hilton 4 much btr soup :D @edeaeats

• My ultimate favourites: the peking duck, the durian pancakes (best I've ever tasted) and the dimsum brunch menu. I love the pan-fried turnip cakes! Best reserve a private room if you can. Great views!
